Statement of Interests
I am the Director of Retail Services for Tucows Inc., an ICANN accredited registrar and internet services vendor. Tucows is a minority shareholder in Afilias LLC, with roughly an 8% shareholding. Neither Tucows, nor I, is in possession of, nor have access to Registry Sensitive or Registry Proprietary information as defined by any relevant registry operating contracts as a result of this relationship.

Tucows provides consulting and application hosting services to other registrars, internet services providers and end users. Some of these organizations may be members of ICANN's GNSO or otherwise involved with ICANN. I am not an officer, director, consultant, or employee of any of these customer organizations nor am I specifically involved in providing services to them.

From time to time, Tucows may engage the services of individuals who participate in ICANN, or their employers. I do not have an ongoing material involvement in these relationships.

I am an elected board member of the Canadian Internet Registration Authority, CIRA, the ccTLD registry manager for the dotCA top-level domain. CIRA is an active participant in ICANN.

I volunteer with the Coast to Coast Against Cancer Foundation and help them coordinate certain aspects of their internet strategy.

I was recently appointed to serve as the 2007/2008 AtLarge NA-RALO representative to ICANN's Nominating Comittee.

Changes to this disclosure:

September 30, 2007 - Updated to include my work with the C2CACF and NA-RALO. I also added a sentence indicating that Tucows has occasionally entered into service contract relationships with people and companies also involved in ICANN.

October 14, 2006 - I updated my disclosure to include my new role as the director of Tucows Retail Services group and election to the CIRA board of directors.

March 2, 2006 - I added a sentence indicating that some of Tucows clients might be active in the GNSO or ICANN.
