Thanks for the note Chris. One of the biggest features of the new policy is that it gives ICANN the capability to make it very expensive for bad registrars to profit from slamming. Slamming was definitely much easier under the old policy *and* it was profitable. Now at least, ICANN can start some serious enforcement instead of leaving it to Verisign et al...
