Seeing as I may be the only architect type guy here I feel I must say something.....KEEP THE DISCO STU WALLPAPER!!!!! That stuff is hard to get now. I hear they are looking for locations to film The Ladies Man II. Your new digs would be a great fit. I will call my movie friends.
