discussion by the ICANN DNSO Registrar
Constituency. Discussion of this proposal will take place on the RC

list. Comments from non-registrars can be sent to the author of this
proposal, Ross Wm. Rader, or the
chairman of the RC, Michael Palage
who will forward it to the RC mailing list for consideration.
