...it looks like all the digging is causing a huge amount of settling. The earth in our front yard is very sandy. Early this week while we were watering the front lawn, the yard started to sink where the digging had taken place. I was able to poke a tomato plant stake five feet into the earth before it stopped. So much for the new lawn :)
