Wow. According to this Virginia Court document, "the Court finds that Defendants did in fact submit false testimony at trial" in the Michael Johnson v. Verisign proceedings. This should be interesting to watch develop further. [Update: I've fixed the link, removed the earlier correction and added an HTML converted copy which can be found here.]
