Occasionally I will put pen to paper. Even rarer still, I will actually finish something. Both of these documents list above were published during 2001. The first, "One History of DNS" was actually published in Web Hosting Magazine under the title "The History of DNS" - I caught some flack for the content as it was viewed by some as being inaccurate and revisionist. Others told me it was the best piece written on the namespace to date. Either way, I think its the basis for a damned interesting book.

Interesting that is if "root.hints" turns you on ;)
