Gotta love stories like these. Remember, 2001 was a hang-over year IT spending-wise (that pesky little Y2K rumor), which puts 2001 pretty close to the bottom of the barrel. Typical of IT reporting though, the cart has to pull the horse before anyone makes a move. Sigh.
