[04:21PM EDT] Doc blogged this link to Eric Bogosian's sort-of-blog. I was struck by the honesty of his writing - the tinny taste of Hollywood veneer is notably absent.

Anyways, one of his entries has a great quote;

I sent Tom a whiny email explaining what a fumble-fingers I am and he responded with logfile evidence to support it ;) He also mentioned that they put a PEBCAK filter on the application to prevent this from happening again in the future.
