CNET News.com: "It's looking like they're in the progress of developing something," Developing something that I fully expect to suck verily. Brian is definitely fighting the good fight, but I can’t help but question his optimism. The recording industry has a great track record of doing exactly what best suits their interests and screwing the rest of us at every step. Why should the podcasting license be any different?
