Nope - My momma taught me that I should never buy things I want just before Christmas and to stick to the things that I actually need. To that end, I bought 4 lamb sausages (spicy), a turnip, five red potatoes, 4 chicken legs, one boneless breast, a bunch of parseley, 5lb bag of cooking onions, a small piece of ginger, a small cabbage, some mushrooms, half a kilo of stewing beef and a lettuce. But to be honest - the ham, the cheese and the fresh bread were very tempting. Only five more days to go! (have a great trip to Hawaii!!)
