Nice observation. It's perfect. Funny how when a tool is in our hands and used by us, it's a godsend, but when a similar (the same?) tool is in the hands of the government, it's vilified. I'm not sure it's a *bad* Hollywood
story. I like the idea of a valued tool in the people's hands that really has a nefarious purpose.
