Your service is deplorable. Since Friday, my internet connection has been offline more than it has been online.

I have made no changes to my network setup, added any new software or mucked with your precious little settings on my DSL modem.

I am not interested in jumping through your hoops to get this fixed. The problem is clearly on your end and beyond my control.

I am not interested in a service credit. I am interested in service.

I am not interested in your special offers, upgrades, satellite television, cellphone plans or anti-virus software. I am not an idiot and most of my technical needs are well served by other vendors.

I am using your company for internet service because in my last residence I did not have a choice of suppliers.

I continued to use your company for internet service in my new residence because I signed up for an extended service contract with you in order to get a small, but appreciated discount on your service.

That contract expired in September. I am now a free agent.

If you don’t get this fixed by this Friday, you can kiss my cash goodbye – forever.

By my count, thats close to $1200 per year that you will never see again.
