Every week I have a “one-on-one” meeting with my boss to talk about what’s going on with the various projects I’m working on, review progress etc. Its a great opportunity to go over whatever challenges I’m up against, do some problem solving and get further insight into the big picture.

Today’s meeting was especially cool. I can’t talk details yet, but we talked about one little gem that is going to put a really big smile on the faces of a lot of the developers that I’m working with.
