  Believe it or not, I'm posting this message via NNTP in Thunderbird with
a neat tool that I found kicking around: nttp//rss. The tool wasn't
built to be a client side blog editor as much as it was built to act as
a client side blog aggregator. It allows you to specify RSS feeds and
parses them into NNTP feeds that can be read in any newsreader. I chose
Thunderbird, but Outlook Express and others work equally well.

  I've been meaning to test these for a while. Part of the problem is that I've been forgetting, the other that I haven't wanted to trackback test against a non-blogware site just yet (it would cause a leak to the outside world that blogware exists).
