When I went to New Zealand for the ICANN meeting this past spring, I took a *ton* of pictures. Shortly after I returned, I used Microsoft's Movie Maker to turn the photos into a slide show. I've shown it at various family gatherings quite a few times, but I haven't been able to share it my internet family because the source file is well over 300 megabytes. That is, until I discovered that GoogleVideo doesn't care how big the source file is.

So, with that, I present you, a virtual slideshow, Google-style...enjoy.

If you have Google Video for the desktop, the slides are much nicer in larger view. Also, everything is much brighter, and therefore washed out, after ripping it from DVD and converting it to MP4 format for upload and then converting it again into GVP format on Google's side. Fidelity and convenience, don't go hand in hand.
